Your body is trying to tell you something. You are going to be in a very bad mood. All of your stress hormones are going to be running very high. You are going to be very cranky. Your body needs to turn down the stress engines and turn up the happiness engines.
Eat the right foods, such as fruits and vegetables. These foods are super foods if you are interested in turning down the stress engines. Eat more. Be able to have foods at work and at home to avoid the stress foods.
2. Drink the right beverages
Water is one of the super foods if you are interested in turning down the stress engine.
This would be extremely easy to turn off if you just would take the time to think about turning off the water. The only trouble is the water does turn on when you have a really bad mood. So you will be drinking a lot of it.
This is the main reason that many people do not keep the stress levels down and drink other stuff, such as soda or other fruit juices. You do not turn off the water, so when you have a bad mood it is still turning on your stress engine. If you want to keep the stress low you would have to avoid all of the other drinks, but this would be possible.
The fact that you would be able to do this, would mean that there would be more time for you to do other things. This should not be a problem, as you have the knowledge of how to keep the stress low. There are ways to keep your stress level low and you know how to do this.
In addition to turning off the water, you would need to turn off the caffeine, but you would need to have coffee and other healthy beverages to help out with the stress.
You would be able to turn down the coffee and other unhealthy beverages and have healthier drinks at work and at home and not have a bad mood.
